Alive! Megaways Online Slot By Skywind Group

Alive! Megaways is a Frankenstein-themed video slot from Skywind Group with 6 reels, up to 200,704 ways to win and a theoretical RTP of 96.47%. A tube of extra symbols above the grid, a bonus spins round with a rising multiplier and a Play It Your Way collect option make up the features. Read on for the specs, symbols and bonuses before you play.

Doctor Frankenstein has created his monster, and it’s alive. Skywind sticks closely to the familiar story, with a cast that includes the doctor’s assistant and an unfortunate woman caught up in it all, while adding its own flair to the game.

Alive! Megaways Slot Specs

The RTP is a theoretical, long-run figure, so it says nothing certain about any single session. For more on how this works, read our explainer on RTP, and on slot volatility.

Theme, Graphics and Sound

The game gives off an immediate mad doctor’s laboratory feel. Steam rises from the hot machinery below while blue electricity sparks across the equipment. The grid looks like it was made from the castle wall, and above it sits a tube holding an extra row of four tiles that spin alongside the main grid. The tube drives one of the features.

The soundtrack has a curious feel that suits the setting, and persistent animations bring the game to life. There are small details that are easy to miss if you are not watching closely.

Symbols and Paytable Basics

The lower-paying icons are Clubs, Spades, Diamonds, Hearts, Nuts & Bolts and a Purple Potion. The higher-paying symbols are The Assistant, The Woman, Doctor Frankenstein and the Monster.

A Brain in a Jar is the Wild and substitutes for any other common icon, helping you build winning combinations. An Electric Coil is the Scatter, and landing enough of them in a single spin triggers the bonus spins. Most symbols come in 6 variations, so they can land tiny, massive or anything in between.

Features and Bonus Spins

On each spin, 4 symbols are generated in the tube above the grid. Any win that involves those symbols disappears and new symbols fall in to take their place.

Landing 3 or more Scatters awards 8 bonus spins, and each additional Scatter adds 4 more. During bonus spins a multiplier starts at x1 and increases by 1 each time symbols are removed.

At the end of the bonus spins you get to Play It Your Way: collect your winnings immediately, activate the gamble feature, or bank a portion of them.

During any spin, a symbol covered in spiderwebs may land, and each spiderweb symbol is replaced with the same common symbol to help build a combination. Occasionally, spiders drop from the ceiling at random and web up a few symbols.
