Super Lion MEGAWAYS™ – Online Slot by Skywind Group

Super Lion MEGAWAYS™ is a cosmic, neon-lit video slot from Skywind Group with a 6-reel Megaways grid, up to 117,649 ways to win and a theoretical RTP of 96.50%. A Lion Wild expands over a whole reel and triggers a respin, and Free Games can be bought in. Here are the specs, symbols and features.

Super Lion MEGAWAYS™ is part of Skywind’s ‘Super Animal’ series. It swaps the usual jungle backdrop for a futuristic adventure, where players meet a flamboyant version of the King of the Jungle in a setting lit by neon lights.

Theme and Symbols

Unlike other titles in the series, this one has an unusual setting for an animal-based game. The modern-looking slot sends players on a celestial quest, with neon lights and bright symbols.

The Lion Wild and the Free Spins Scatter are the most important symbols. The rest of the pay table is made up of Bells, Phi, Psi, Omega, Lucky 7 and Diamonds 5 in different shapes and colours.

How the Megaways Reels Work

The game is played on six reels, and between 2 and 7 symbols land on each reel with every spin. That gives up to 117,649 ways to win, which is standard for the MEGAWAYS™ mechanic. These are ways to win rather than fixed pay lines.

Super Lion MEGAWAYS Features

• Wild Respin: landing a Lion Wild on reel 2, 3, 4 or 5 expands it to cover the whole reel. Lion Wilds from the initial spin are awarded first, then a Free Respin starts with the wild reel locked in place. Any new Lion Wild on reels 2 to 5 during a respin also locks, and all wild reels from earlier respins stay locked. The feature works in the base game and in free games.
• Free Games: 4, 5 or 6 Scatters award 12, 16 or 20 free games. Landing 3, 4, 5 or 6 Scatters during the feature adds 5 extra free games.
• Buy-In: a single payment that starts the Free Games straight from the base game. The usual cost is 60x the base bet, made through the “Buy” button, and it awards 12, 16 or 20 free games. The spin that follows lands 4, 5 or 6 Scatters. It is not available while the respin option below is switched on.
• Extra respin option: for an additional cost of 10x the total bet, this makes sure at least one Lion Wild lands with every spin and starts a Wild Respin. You can turn it on or off between base-game spins, and it only works in the base game.

Like most online slots, the game also has a free-to-play demo. Trying it first lets you get used to the symbols and features before you deposit.
