Tales Of Asgard: Loki’s Fortune – Online Slot By Play’n GO

Tales of Asgard: Loki’s Fortune is a Norse-themed video slot from Play’n GO on a 5×5 grid with 3,125 ways to win and a theoretical RTP of 96.20%. Loki sits on the throne of Asgard and can add Wilds and Scatters at random, with up to 20 bonus spins on offer.

Loki, the trickster and god of mischief, wants to claim the throne of Asgard for himself, and he is after the riches of the Asgardian vault. An opening cinematic explains the story. This Loki draws on his pop-culture portrayal, but some elements stay true to the old tales.

RTP is a theoretical, long-run figure, so it says nothing certain about a single session. Read what RTP means for more.

Theme, Graphics and Sound

The game is centred on Norse mythology. Odin and Thor appear too, though only as symbols. When you launch it, a detailed cutscene shows Loki saying he should be the rightful ruler of Asgard. It ends with him on the throne, and that is where play begins.

The background is richly detailed. Dust blows in the wind, Loki shifts on his throne and strong sunlight beams into the throne room. The opening cinematic is fully voice acted, animations are smooth and the reels come to life without fuss.

Symbols and Paytable Basics

The low-paying icons are runes on green, purple, blue or red backgrounds. The medium-paying symbols are beasts of the frozen Norse landscape: Ravens, Wolves, Horses and Snakes. Thor and Odin are the high-paying symbols.

Loki is the Wild. He substitutes for all common icons, and whenever a Wild lands it activates any Mystery symbols that landed too. Revealed Mystery symbols all show the same icon. Loki’s Emerald is the Scatter.

How the Game Works: Grid, Bets and Wins

The game is played on a 5×5 grid. Wins are formed by adjacent symbol combinations and pay from left to right. Bets range from 0.01 to 10.

Loki’s Mischief and Bonus Spins

Loki’s Mischief can activate at random during spins, in one of three forms:

• Adding Wilds: Loki creates illusions of himself, adding between 1 and 3 Wilds to the reels.
• Adding Scatters: Loki uses his staff to create 2 Scatters, which improves the chance of bonus spins.
• Splitting Mystery symbols: Loki throws daggers at Mystery symbols, splitting them in half for potentially higher-value wins.

Bonus spins start when at least 3 Scatters land in a single spin. 3 Scatters give 8 bonus spins, 4 give 12 and 5 give 20. During the bonus, Wilds and Mystery symbols are more likely to land, and Loki is more likely to add Wilds.
