Lure of Fortune by Relax Gaming Review

Lure of Fortune is a sailing-themed cluster slot from Relax Gaming played on a 5×5 grid with a theoretical RTP of 96.10%. You choose from three volatility levels, with a top payout of up to 50,000x the bet. Here are the specs, symbols and features.

Lure of Fortune Specs

The RTP is a theoretical, long-run figure, so it says nothing certain about any single session. Read more in our explainer, what is RTP.

Theme and Symbols

Lure of Fortune has a cartoon look. Four differently coloured shells are the lowest-paying icons, while four creatures, including maggots, fish and octopuses, sit in the middle of the paytable. A captain is the most lucrative symbol, and the special symbols are bonus symbols that help you score bigger multipliers. The game can be played on mobile devices as well.

Grid, Cluster Pays and Volatility Levels

The game uses a 5×5 grid and a cluster pays system, so wins form by landing 4 or more identical icons on adjacent reels. Bets range from 0.01 to 20.

You can choose one of three volatility levels:

• Medium, with a top payout of 5,000x the bet.
• High, with top prizes of 20,000x the bet.
• Extremely high, where the maximum win is 50,000x the bet.

Bonus Features

• Buy feature: instantly activates the bonus features.
• Cascading reels (Avalanche): winning symbols are removed and replaced with new ones.
• Multiplier Upgrade: multipliers vary between x1 and x128, depending on the volatility mode you pick.
• Bonus Feature: 3 bonus symbols in the base game activate it and the grid expands up to a 6×9 layout. It starts with 3 spins, and the counter resets to 3 each time another symbol hits the bottom row.

During the bonus feature you will see several special icons: Hammer, Spawner, Fish, Payer and Doubler. Each has its own gameplay modification, so check the game’s info screen.
