From the savanna of Africa to the jungle of South America, Real Time Gaming has plenty of themes in its catalogue. This time the reels take you through thick South American jungle to find a Great Temple, with Aztec symbols guarding the way.

The game can be played on desktop, through Real Time Gaming’s download and instant play options, or on mobile when you want to play on the go.

Great Temple Slot Specs

RTP is a theoretical, long-run figure that says nothing certain about a single session. Our explainer on what RTP means has the detail.

Theme, Graphics and Sound

The pyramid-style temple sits in a lively jungle: vines swing, bushes rumble, leaves flutter, mist rolls and birds fly across the background. The low beat of the music suits the setting, and there is plenty of detail in the symbols.

Symbols and Paytable Basics

The Chieftain is the Wild. He substitutes for every symbol except the Scatter, which makes him versatile, and he animates nicely when he lands.

The Great Temple is the Scatter. Three of them in a single spin trigger the bonus game, while two still award a win without starting the feature.

The remaining symbols are 9, 10, J, Q, K, A, a Snake, a Parrot, a Jaguar and an Aztec Mask.

Bonus Spins, Expanding Wilds and Progressive Jackpot

You play on 5 reels and 3 rows, aiming for winning combinations on 25 fixed pay lines.

Landing 3 or more Scatters in a single spin awards 10 bonus spins. During the bonus spins any Wild that appears expands to take over the entire reel, and the feature can be re-triggered.

The progressive jackpot can be awarded at random at the end of any spin. The random jackpot contribution is no more than 1.5% of the game’s total RTP.
