El Principe Online Slot By Skywind Group

El Principe is a video slot from Skywind based on the Spanish TV thriller of the same name. It has 5 reels, 3 rows, 40 paylines and a theoretical RTP of 95%, with character Wilds that each change the gameplay.

If you follow the series, you will recognise key characters and locations as the reels spin. Almost all the visuals, symbols and sounds come straight from the show.

Theme, Graphics and Sound

When you launch the game, a video introduces the characters you will see. That helps newcomers and fans of the show alike. The grid sits in front of the city where the show is set, with the sun setting and lights on in the houses.

The music is fast paced, and now and then you hear characters talking. The sound effects feel slightly out of place given the serious tone of the show, but they are not distracting. Animation is smooth, and short clips play when high-paying symbols land in a win.

Symbols and Paytable Basics

The low-paying icons are card values from 10 to A. The high-paying symbols are characters from the show: Morey, Fatima, Fran, Faruq and Khaled.

There are many Wilds. Each of the five characters has a Wild with its own effects and bonuses, and Medallion Wilds, shown as dog tags, have unique effects too. The standard Wild is a red symbol with the word WILD on it and substitutes for any common icon. The Bonus Medallion dog tag appears on reels 1, 2 and 3 and triggers certain features. The El Principe heart is the Scatter.

Features and Bonus Spins

Character Wilds land on different reels, and each brings its own gameplay effect.

The Mystery Bullet feature attaches a Mystery Bullet to any symbol at random. If every reel has one, a special prize is awarded, decided by the respin feature from the character Wilds.

Landing three Scatters awards seven bonus spins, played with Khaled’s Wild effect.
