Theme & Symbols

For obvious reasons, this online release couldn’t use music from the actual show and so the soundtrack that plays in the background is a generic action tune. The show was full of unique and now iconic songs that make listening to this track bland and uninspired.
The background of the title looks like it was taken from one of the walls of the sleeping area in the Netflix show. Stick figures depicting games being played are in the background of this title and while it does make this online release feel more attached to the source material, with no context, they feel out of place. Everything, even down to the font, has been taken directly from the show.
Overall, while the game is solid and functions well, the aesthetic of it all feels soulless. It’s very obvious that they tried to cash in on the success of something that is massively popular. BGaming should have tried to get licensing before making a game like this, the off-brand looks and sounds just cheapen both experiences. One thing is for certain, this title will definitely stand out in their slot game catalogue.
Symbols
For the basic, low-paying icons we have the shapes that were given to the contestants for their second game. Be prepared to see triangles, circles, umbrellas, and stars appear quite often as you spin the reels.
Next up, for the high-paying symbols, we have the antagonists masks as well as the machine that detected motion in the first game. A rabbit, crow, and lion mask are the other icons that you’ll want to keep an eye out for while playing.
