White Lotus Casino Review

White Lotus Casino currently lists a R300 no deposit chip with code R300NEW (60x wagering) and a 300% first-deposit bonus up to R15,000 with code SIGNUP300 (minimum deposit R50, 80x wagering). New players only, 18+, T&Cs apply.

White Lotus Casino was established in 2016. Despite being one of the newer casinos on the market, White Lotus Casino has still been around long enough to develop its product to the best of the team’s ability.

White Lotus Casino does have licensing in place, with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission operating as its regulator. Although they are one of the less famous regulators on the market, they are known for being extremely reliable and ensuring that players are treated well.

This casino is operated by Paxson Marketing LTD. They are located in Cyprus and currently operate Apollo Slots in addition to White Lotus Casino.

Even though the two casinos are owned by the same company, they don’t offer any cross-promotions nor do they share a loyalty program.

Is There a White Lotus R500 No Deposit Bonus?

No. Many players search for a R500 no deposit code, but there is no R500 chip listed for White Lotus Casino. The current no deposit chip is the R300 one above (R300NEW). If you are looking for other chip sizes, see our R300 no deposit casino bonuses and the full list of no deposit codes.

White Lotus Free Spins

We do not currently list a free spins offer for White Lotus Casino. Its no deposit offer is the R300 chip, not spins. If free spins are what you want, see our free spins no deposit page.

White Lotus Casino Games

The games at White Lotus Casino come from Real Time Gaming and Spinlogic Gaming, so the choice is narrower than at casinos with many providers. You can read more about the main supplier in our Realtime Gaming software review.

White Lotus Casino gives players over 100 video slots to choose from. There are also a number of table games and Progressive Jackpots available.

What is missing from White Lotus Casino are live casino games, so players who want a live dealer game will be unable to play one here.

Something to know about the shared pool progressive jackpots: any wins from these games have withdrawals limited to R10,000 per week. Shared-pool jackpot winnings are paid by Realtime Gaming to the casino, who then pay the player, so a weekly cap on them is poor practice in our view.

Banking Options and Payouts

White Lotus Casino accepts a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, bank wire, Skrill, NETELLER, Payz, SiD, Smart EFT, MyEFT and several cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ripple, Tether and USD Coin). See our guide to banking options for SA players for more.

• Minimum deposit: R50
• Minimum withdrawal: R200
• Cash-out limit: R100,000 per week (progressive jackpot wins are limited to R10,000 per week, as above)
• Verification (KYC): 1 hour
• Pending withdrawals: 2 business days
• Bank transfer: up to 3 business days

South African players are well represented at White Lotus Casino, as the only currency accepted is the Rand. It means that no currency exchange is required and players can see exactly how much they have to play with at all times.

Customer Support Details

Standard customer support is delivered via the live chat section accessible through the homepage. It’s available 24/7 and allows customers to talk through any issues that they are having.

If you prefer to communicate through email, White Lotus Casino also has two email addresses in place for support issues and account-based issues.

There is also an FAQ for players to solve common issues, and tutorials to help you find your way around for the first time. The only customer support option that is missing is a phone number.

Casino Security

White Lotus Casino uses Secure Socket Layer encryption, which makes it difficult for anyone else to read information passed between you and the casino. E-wallets can add another layer between the casino and your bank account. These are standard protocols at online casinos.

Our Conclusion

White Lotus Casino has some good points and some bad points. The R300 no deposit chip and rand banking are positives, and the minimum deposit of R50 is low. The wagering requirements are high (60x on the chip, 80x on the sign-up bonus), so think about whether you can realistically meet them.

There is no live casino, the game choice is limited, and progressive jackpot wins are capped at R10,000 per week. Overall, White Lotus Casino suits players who enjoy Realtime Gaming titles and want a rand-based casino.
