Is Rich Palms Casino Open To South African Players?
Rich Palms is open to new players. The main thing for South Africans is the banking: we have no rand option and no South African payment method listed for this casino, so expect to deal in US dollars. Your bank may add its own currency conversion charges, so factor that in. Check the cashier after you register to see which currencies are on offer.
The site has a simple, palm-tree look and is easy to move around, and the lobby has a search bar so you can find a game by name. We list it among our reviewed real money online casinos.
Rich Palms Welcome Bonus & Promotions
No bonus codes are listed for any of the offers below. Amounts are in dollars, as the casino lists them, and we have not converted them to rand.
- First deposit, 250% bonus: a new customer offer valid for slots. The minimum deposit is $25 (Neosurf $10+). Crypto deposits earn an extra 50%. Max cash-out 20x.
- Second deposit, 200% bonus: valid once, for slots and table games, on a deposit of $25+ (Neosurf $10+). 35x wagering, as the terms state, and max cash-out 20x. Crypto deposits earn an extra 50%.
- Third deposit, 150% bonus: valid once, for slots and table games, on a deposit of $25+ (Neosurf $10+). 35x wagering, as the terms state, and max cash-out 20x. Crypto deposits earn an extra 50%.
Wagering of 35x means you must bet the bonus amount many times over before you can withdraw winnings from it, and the max cash-out caps what you can take from bonus play. Offers change, so check the casino’s promotions page before you deposit.
It is a good idea to read the terms and conditions for every bonus you claim. Our guide to wagering requirements shows how to work out what a bonus really asks of you, and our page on crypto bonuses explains the extra offered for crypto deposits. A bonus is extra play money with conditions; it is not a guarantee of winnings.
Rich Palms Casino Software
Rich Palms does not run Realtime Gaming (RTG) software, so don’t expect RTG titles in its lobby.
The providers we have on record include BetSoft, Rival, Saucify, Visionary iGaming and Betgames, plus Genii, Wager Gaming, Nucleus Gaming, Spadegaming, BGAMING, CQ9 Gaming, Woohoo Games, Dragon Gaming, Qora Games, Dragoon Soft and Urgent Games. Visionary iGaming is the name to look for if you want live-format games. For more on the studios behind online casinos, see our Visionary iGaming review.
Rich Palms has 1,124 games in total. We check fairness where we can: the casino says it uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to decide outcomes, and our RNG explainer covers what that means.
Game Selection For South Africans
Online Slots
Slots are the main attraction, from fruit machines to feature-heavy video slots. Games and providers change, so browse the lobby for the current line-up, and read our guide to online slots if you are new to them.
Table Games, Video Poker and Specialties
Past versions of this page listed games such as baccarat, blackjack, pai gow poker, video poker, roulette, craps and keno. The line-up depends on the provider, so confirm what is live in the lobby. If you want to learn the basics first, try our blackjack beginner guide, roulette beginner guide or video poker basics.
Our earlier review said the games load in the browser with no download and can be tried in practice mode. Check this on the site before relying on it.
Going Mobile With Rich Palms
The site is built to work in a mobile browser, with large buttons and fast loading, and the bonus offers are the same as on desktop. You can register, deposit and play from your phone, and switch devices without losing your account.
Rich Palms Deposit & Withdrawal Methods
The methods on our list are:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (credit and debit) and American Express.
- Other methods: PayPal, Neosurf, bank wire transfer, gift cards and vouchers, Interac, PayID, and deposit or withdrawal via telephone.
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Ripple, Tether, Cardano, USD Coin and Solana. Our crypto gambling guide explains the basics.
No rand or South African method is listed. The minimum deposit is $25, or $10 with Neosurf, which is higher than at many casinos. The minimum withdrawal is $100. For more on paying in South Africa, see our guide to banking options for SA players.
Cash-Out Limits
- $500 daily
- $2,000 weekly
Payout Times
- KYC (identity verification): up to 4 business days.
- Pending time: 2-7 business days.
- Processing time: 2-10 business days.
Verification is usually required before your first withdrawal, so send your documents early.
Customer Support & Security
You can reach support by phone on +1 855 2798 143 or by email at [email protected]. The casino also offers live chat, which it says is available 24/7 on desktop and mobile, and an FAQ section covering accounts, deposits and claiming a bonus.
The casino says it uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a gateway provider to secure its payments.
Our Verdict On Rich Palms Casino
Rich Palms suits players who are comfortable with crypto or dollar-based cards and want a three-deposit welcome offer. The 35x wagering, the 20x max cash-out, the $25 minimum deposit, the $100 minimum withdrawal and the lack of rand banking are real drawbacks for South Africans. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

They have good selection of games. Customer service is quick and they give 30% instant cashback on clean deposits which is nice. Popping mania is my favorite game on there. They have a huge selection of games to play and if you deposit at least once a week you’ll get daily spins as well.
Giving them a 5 because the NDB was easy to claim - no issues. I used it to try a game I have never played. It has potential. I see a ton of "hold and spin" games that seem like fun to play - I shall return. I'm adding this to my list of venues with potential.
Havent made a deposit but the free spins were pretty entertaining. Will probably make a small deposit in near future.
Makes up excuses not to pay if you ever win a lot. I'd be surprised if anyone this year got paid out over 5k.
Rich Palm is one of the generous casinos. They're giving you free 45 dollars just right after you done with registration. That's not all, they have prepared more bonuses for you to choose along with your deposit. Only downside is their games are hard to win.
Smooth interface, graphics and design are 5.0s. Sounds are great and I noticed nothing actually stood out as a bad thing. As I was exploring the site, I noticed the smooth transitions and not a single hiccup or error.
Dont waste your time. $240 in 2 separate, clean deposits and biggest win was $4 for a total of maybe $20.
Colemorlan4, the games winning depend on luck. So complaining about $4 its ridiculous.
gambling platform with a good selection of games and incentives. Punters will also have an exclusive opportunity to take part in RTG tournaments as well as in the VIP program.
I like Rich casino, they have a bunch of no-deposit bonus codes. A large selection of games to choose from. I've not got to withdraw from this casino yet. Soon I'm hoping to be able to update about the deposit and withdrawal process.
Deposits n withdrawals are quick, either using crypto or debit cards. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the signup bonuses are excellent. they also offer freebies daily, always helpful They also offer daily tournaments, including freerolls and paid events.
goodddd👍 Rich Palms has generous bonuses and a clean design, but banking limits and slow payouts hold it back

It's not a bad casino. It's easy to navigate, easy to claim bonus. Site is a bit laggy but that could be of no fault to the casino itself. They do have a deposit scheme where you deposit daily to claim extra spins.
I think Rich Palms is a good casino to try out if you are looking for somewhere to play. The games are nice and support is good . I do not see a lot of complaints for this place .
Well together platform easy to function and a wide variety of slot games so many different genre to choose from.
Enjoyed playing the slot games on Rich Palms Casino. They offer numerous no-deposit coupon codes to their members. Greatly encourage anyone who's not signed up yet to do so. Hoping to update this review soon about the deposit and withdrawal process.
Rich Palms casino has given a no-deposit bonus on registration of their casino. Nearly a thousand video slots are available for play with a bonus on their attractive website. While playing four to five games, I realized if the lowest bet applied, then the game has a very low payout, and as the bet level increased, the RTP of the game increased. This I found very disappointing. I raised the bet because I was playing with a bonus, but while I was playing with real money with such a low balance, I would have never increased that bet. Other factors of the casino were ok.
I had to go ahead and give an updated review for this casino. It felt it appropriate that I should let me true review of any and all casinos reflect how I currently see them. I spent a lot of money at this casino. Thousands and thousands. Yet I never cashed out one time! I’m no amateur gambler either. That tells me the slots are geared waaaaay tighter than other casinos I play at.
I've been a customer here for nearly two years and I've never been disappointed with this place! They always have free bonuses that are redeemable multiple times in a month. The payout is fairly quick and their customer service is excellent!
Rich Palms Casino offers a nice no deposit bonus of 45 dollars which is a great way to jump into online slots without spending any of your own money. I used the 45 dollar no deposit bonus just to see what the casino was all about and it made the experience fun and risk free Getting free cash upfront means you can try out a variety of slot games and maybe even score some wins without touching your own wallet The casino has a solid selection of classic and modern slots so there is something for everyone The no deposit bonus is straightforward with no complicated rules or catches to slow you down It is perfect for people who want to try an online casino for the first time or want extra spins without any commitment While 45 dollars will not make you rich overnight it is enough to test the waters and get a feel for how the site works If you are cautious about spending money but want to enjoy the thrill of slots Rich Palms 45 dollar no deposit bonus is a smart way to play risk free..although I haven't deposited yet, it's on my list to do so!
Cool layout, decent bonus – worth a try! I gave Rich Palms a shot because of the no-deposit bonus, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The games run smooth and look good. I had some fun with the free spins – didn’t hit it big, but still enjoyed the experience. Deposit process was clean, no hiccups. Didn’t withdraw yet, so I can’t speak on that. Support was fast and friendly when I had a quick question. Overall, not a bad place to play – especially if you like a retro Vegas vibe. Will I play again? Most likely. Would I recommend? Yeah, especially for bonus hunters!
The bonuses for new signups are fantastic, making it an exciting and rewarding casino to play at right from the start
Hello. I had a very bad experience trying log in to Rich Palms to play the $45 bonus. I was excited at first because I have played at this game center before and I like that they have some off the beaton path games you dont find everywhere. It started with the login. I had to reset my password and wasnt recieving the reset email so I had to go to the chat room and get help and after chasing my tail for half an hour and finally getting logged in the code I was using came up bad and of course back to the chat room where I am told I am not one of the chosen ones and dont fit the criteria for this bonus. They didnt respond when I asked them what criteria I didnt fit. No matter. I was so worn out just getting there and then ya kick a girl when shes down with the old "ya dont fit the criteria'" was enough for me. SAD
The only downside is there's not many no deposit bonuses for existing players but you do get daily free spins for three days after your deposit so it's awesome!
I really liked the game selection on this site and the bonus was a better one. I will definitely come back to this one with some deposits and if it withdraws easily it will be a new staple for me.
Happy with casino great games I think it is sister site is comic play but great casino and games
I gotta say I had alot of fun playing. I actually made the wagering amount asked. I was getting really lucky with that one game. I think it was called Desert Treasures. The very first one anyways. I was literally up all night uo until like 10 or 11 am I was too excited to put my phone down haha. I just love the adrenaline I get when Im actually winning. It was truly fun and I do see myself actually making a deposit in the future. Thank you RichPalms
Rich Palms Casino has a really nice approach to online gaming, with a user-friendly interface and appealing design. The bonuses for new signups are fantastic, making it an exciting and rewarding casino to play at right from the start
The progressive jackpot slots here are amazing! I saw some huge prize pools, and it really makes spinning exciting knowing there’s a chance to hit big.
this place has come a long way in my opinion I gave it a shot recently. I used to steer clear from this casino before they re-skined their website but now they seem like they have a decent library of games, clean UI and the LCB bonus work without any hiccup as long as I signed up from the link provided on LCB.
they definately changed their games or am i trippen? wasn’t this like an rtg site? well now i guess it’s not? but i think it changed for the better, they have a wider variety of games to chose from and they all (feels like) have like a good rtp, i don’t find myself losing quick at all, haven’t withdrawn yet tho only cause they require a high verification deposit. however i do have a balance ready to withdraw , and i will , whenever i am able to deposit
It was fun, didn't cash to out so i can't speak on that but overall it was easy to claim bonus and get started
Casino seems to be ok. Bonus code does not work. Website was a bit slow and glitchy.
Rich palms casino no deposit bonuses are always updated and easy to redeem
The No Deposit Bonus Code worked, Variety of games, though it seems like you cannot win with it. Might Just be me personally.
Seems casino is gathering dust... Chat support was virtually non existent. I literally thought after 10 mins "did they abandoned this casino?" Didn't get good vibes nor good payouts. Better options out there I think
Slow,, not at all fun! The service took 20 minutes to answer, and did not come back with an answer, and asked again?
Rich Palms has switched from RTG/SpinLogic games to offering a mixture of games that resemble more of what a player should expect to find when playing at IgnitionCasino.lv and its sister casinos. This change has taken place fairly recently, March 2024. Anywho, I do like the casino's new web design. It appears very trendy, as if playing at a resort.
thanks for the no deposit bonus but unfortunately I disagree with the following: after playing the wagering requirements and sending my documents to verify my account they tell me that I must deposit $ 50 to reach the minimum withdrawal of $ 100 after that play once my deposit, this condition on the part of the casino is a term too much in their favor since the chances of losing are very high I understand that you have to make a verification deposit and play it once but here two things the minimum deposit is 50 and the minimum withdrawal is 100 it is very difficult to achieve this bonus is a loss I am sorry to comment but that happened to me I will let it lose.
I was very disappointed with my experience. The bonus code I received didn't work and the customer support took forever to respond. When they finally did, they weren't able to resolve the issue. The promises made about the bonus were not kept. Because of this, I can't give a higher rating.
MAJOR UPDATE: The logo may be the same, but if it weren't for the Rich Palms Casino emblem, you wouldn't recognize the casino's site if you haven't visited since I'd say, April/May 2024? Anywho, although I can't pinpoint the exact date when the change took place, the facts remain the same: The casino's site has undergone a massive renovation and depending on your point of view, for better or worse. For the "worse" crowd, that conclusion would be because the casino has removed the vast majority of its RTG/SpinLogic offerings when playing slots. For the "better" crowd, that determination may be influenced because of the new gaming options being offered. In fact, with the new update, I'd say at minimum, Rich Palms has doubled the amount of games members can engage with than prior to its makeover. What would make me give the casino a 5-Star rating is if the casino offered BOTH the RTG/SpinLogic games AND all of its updated library simultaneously. I personally only recognized some of their new games and that's because Rich Palms Casino now features a lot of the gaming library that can be found on Ignition Casino.
This casino has more games to choose from when you play with your bonus money the games are up to date and they also make it easy for you to claim your bonuses
I really like this casino. The layout the games are just alot better than most
code didnt work... support gave me a $20 chip instead. same rtg bull crap games. felt like i had zero chance playing their recommended games. lost nearly every wager made on 3 different games. Thank goodness all these garbage casinos give out free chips so you can try it out and see how terrible they are for free. Its like they are shooting themselves in the foot. My theory that anyone who gives free money out online is a scam is correct... a few of the legit ones will do it very rarely, but so far, all the sites that offer free money all day every day are trash.
SCAM!!! Used the welcome bonus and managed to play through the wagering requirements - site immediately shut down and my balance went from over 2000$ to 1$. Contacted support and shut down my account. Do not play on this site.
Run of the mill euro casino like the countless others. Same decent selection of games and fair amount of promos. Slots seem more dead than others though. Burned through multiple bonuses without any kind of hits already.
It’s alright- their customer service is actually very nice & helpful- bonuses are pretty good as well
The welcome bonus worked without issue and I had no problems. I didn't have much luck but that can happen. I'm totally satisfied with everything here and all worked well that I tried. I only played slots so my perspective is somewhat limited but from what I experienced, all was well.
Bottom of the barrel for a real time gaming casino. Everything seems to be the same as the rest but it seems to be a little more difficult to win here and cashout times are even slower than the others in my experience. Overall Id have to say that I would look elsewhere before putting my money into this casino
This online casino is just fine. I was able to get verified and withdraw in a decent timeframe.
