Pirates’ Plenty Battle for Gold from Red Tiger Gaming
Oct 11, 2019
The Open SeaIf you’ve played the first instalment released back in February 2019, then you’ll find the same great artwork and soundtrack in this August 2019 release. While the original story took place in a ghostly submerged lantern-lit galleon, this one is very much on the rolling waves. The game has five thematic high-paying symbols including a pirate skull & crossbones, pirate’s hat, cannon, duel pistols and flask of poison. The low-paying symbols include poker suit symbols. The grandiose soundtrack unlocks the pirate within!
The Wild Island RowThe Wild Island Row is unlocked by the accumulation of 50 map symbols. Above the reels, a treasure map with a moving boat acts as a meter that moves to the right on each map symbol collected until it reaches the position labelled ‘X’. The number of paylines instantly increases from 20 to 30. The feature kicks off the possibility of extra wilds to the reels which may have 2x to 5x multipliers. They can multiply together for even bigger total wins.
Pirates’ Plenty Battle for Gold Wild MonkeyA wild monkey symbol can remove all the low-paying symbols and replace them with high-paying symbols. It stays on the place of the last symbol replaced to apply a multiplier to any wins formed.
Battle SpinsThe Battle Spins symbol may turn up on any of the reels. Three or more will unlock the Battle Spins feature. When active, any wilds that appear lock in place until the end of the bonus round. Here, two additional symbols may appear: ‘Fire!’ and Captain Blackbeard.
Fire! SymbolLanding a ‘Fire!’ symbol will fire off a cannonball. It may fall on the spaces and transform them into wild symbols or strike an opposing ship and award +1 spin. If they land on an existing wild symbol, they will increase the multiplier.
Fire! Away!If Captain Blackbeard appears, then he will toss wild bombs randomly onto the reels.
Gamble WheelThe Gamble wheel is activated after any win and represents a chance to boost your winnings if a spinning needle lands on the green section of the wheel. Falling on the red part will mean you forfeit your wins.
Battle for GoldPirates’ Plenty Battle for Gold slot has an RTP of 93.69% which has a lower than average return. Wagers can be made from as little as 0.20 up to 20. Be warned – the slot has high volatility so you will likely need a higher bankroll. The 5-reels and up to 30 paylines slot is optimised for desktop, Android and iOS in HTML5. Take the battle to the high seas!
