To preface this review, I am someone who has passed 100,000$ in deposits with JacksPay, not a casual player. JacksPay has been withholding payment for not only me, but it seems like many other people. I have pending withdrawals since May. The total remainder is $5625. They have been coming up with a variety of excuses on why the payments are delayed. Just recently, funds have come into their BTC wallet, and they still have not paid out anything. Save your money for until they fix their problems. Ghost casino at the moment, live chat is unreachable as well.

Will give Jack's an average rating. Had no problem redeeming bonus. The modern look they say...to me the look and setup of the casino was pretty basic and vanilla. Wage requirements are pretty on par to other casinos. Withdrawal times again about average. 2 day processing and 5 days to receive. No slot tournaments which I really do enjoy and look for in a online casino. Also very few table games with none being any poker game. Jackpot Casino is still really young and I could forgive them for the buggy site for that. I can't forgive them for their terrible customer service though. I had a lot of issues registering on the site and as a result and deduct how to speak with customer service for over an hour. So I found out that I had opened two accounts and this happens more than once for me.Yes guilty..I have been playing for so long and so many come out new with similar names and so I've done it but if I happen to have two sometimes I can't get in for whatever reason .
