2. I liked this Casino very much and I played there a lot! I liked bonuses becouse there were something for every budget. Deposit bonus wagering is high (55) but freespins wagerin is decent 25. Deposit was easy and fast but withdrawal took almost a week. Casino decided that I am not allowed to use bonuses anymore becouse I won too much. I didn't do anything wrong and Casino wants me to play there and I could get back

3. Galactic Wins is a fun site and I really enjoy the random freebies they send through email—it keeps things interesting. That said, I haven’t made a successful withdrawal here yet. I haven’t won enough through either a bonus or a regular deposit to even test their payout process. It would be nice to see more consistent small wins or at least a few boosts from time to time to help build trust. If players never win, it’s hard to feel confident enough to make a real deposit. I’ll still play here occasionally, especially if the offers improve, but I’d love to see them do more to keep players engaged and feeling like they actually have a chance.

5. They are a scam. No help via live support/chat. You can sit on there for over 2 hours waiting for an agent and still get none. They will take your money without giving you the free spins due. They will then make sure you cannot contact them at all. The only email reply I got from Alistair, completely IGNORED my issue and suggested contacting my bank!!jQuery37106267904990257587_1736449923077? Deposit went in but no free spins were added. So don't think my bank can do anything. Had nothing but ongoing issues with this casino. They also keep promotions you are notveliguble for in your personal promotions page.    • I absolutely agree with you 💯. Live chat support will try to trick you on every possible way. Casino is blocked my account, when I tried to withdraw no more than 200$. After my complaint on casino guru, and Chippy.c. they finally paid me out 3 monthsater. Now they are restricted my account ( I can't claim any bonus or promotion)

6. Disappointed with GalacticWins Casino Customer Service and Game Fairness I recently had a frustrating experience with GalacticWins Casino that has left me deeply disappointed. During my 10 free spins(given to me from the casino) on the game "Lost Mystery Chests," I hit 4 bonus symbols on the final spin, which should have awarded me additional free spins. However, as soon as I hit the bonus, a message popped up saying my free rounds were over, and I never received the free spins(fom hitting 4 bonus symbols) I was supposed to get. When I reached out to customer service, the representative, who was polite but unhelpful. He initially claimed there were no unfinished rounds or unclaimed winnings on my account, which seemed dismissive of my issue. When I asked if he could view my last spin, he requested a screenshot. Unfortunately, I hadn’t taken one, because I dont tend to take screenshots everytime I hit a bonus, I was not expecting the system to fail me. Customer service then contradicted himself by saying he could see my gaming history but found no record of the bonus I claimed to have hit. This inconsistency was frustrating, especially when he stated that my last spin, which should have triggered the bonus spins, only showed a minor win of CAD 1.02. Despite my repeated explanations, he insisted that all winnings had been added correctly, without addressing the core issue that I never received my bonus spins. The lack of transparency and the dismissive nature of the response left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. It's unacceptable for a casino to rely on players to take screenshots of their gameplay to prove issues when they should have detailed logs and records of every spin. I expected better from GalacticWins Casino, both in terms of game fairness and customer service. This experience has certainly made me question the integrity of their operations. I hope others take caution and perhaps consider other casinos with better track records for transparency and customer care customer service not helpful integrity of slot machines in question

8. Update after nearly 2 years . Galaxyno is one of most favorite casinos, best thing about galaxyno is the games and for me it's they pay out very often. Withdrawals aren't as fast as they could be but they're about average, live chat is good , maybe a bit slow , could do with a number for your place in the line , so you know that somethings happening , what i don't like is the the bonus T&Cs but at this casino I do well without bonuses , I really like them , they got my vote in the LCB contest last year for best new casino .

9. Almost max rating from me for Galaxyno. I made 70+ EUR from a no deposit bonus and then risked to deposit in order to withdraw this, used jeton wallet and verified myself. Money was paid within 1 business day. Great site from bcasino family, only thing you have to pay attention to is whenever you play with bonus dont exceed your max bet limit in my case here it was just 0.20 so stick to the rules and everything will be fine :)

12. Not so impressed by Galaxyno casino, not so many game provider's and holding having Malta licence. Wasn't impressed by their cash out time frame 3-5 days for e-wallets its to much for my taste.
