The usual high playthrough makes it hard to win and cashout. The more money you deposit the bigger the bonus, but bigger playthrough.

Customer service/account verification need to realize what it takes to retain happy loyal customers. A prompt response for starters. Took awhile to get anything done. I got a no deposit offer from this casino not too long ago.
