WMS Gaming, a subsidiary of Scientific Gaming, has confirmed that the online gambling web location Jackpot Party.com has been sold to online casino software provider, SkillOnNet for an undisclosed amount. All of Jackpot Party’s assets, including the player database, are included in the sale.

In terms of the sale Jackpot Party.com will move its’ players to SkillOnNet’s new online casino offering called SlotsMagic.com. This casino website has been specially formed for the purpose of hosting Jackpot Party’s players.

The entire range of Jackpot Party’s WMS games and about 200 additional games from other providers that include Next Gen and Amaya as well as unique SkillOnNet slots and its’ 3D range are due to be offered by the new SlotsMagic Online Casino. The Download Casino, Live Casino and wide selection of casino table games that will also be offered at SlotsMagic Online Casino will result in players being given a much larger choice of games.

Williams Interactive, a subsidiary of Scientific Games, has also signed an agreement in terms of which it will provide its entire portfolio of slot games to SkillOnNet.`

The head of marketing at SkillOnNet, Michael Golembo, said that they are very excited to launch the new Williams Interactive catalogue of popular and branded slot games.
