Our Verdict on Thunderbolt Casino
Thunderbolt suits South African players who want to bank in rand and play Real Time Gaming slots, jackpots and video poker. The R200 no-deposit exclusive and the FLASHMATCH series give you a few ways to start, but the 60x wagering on the welcome bonuses and the R500 minimum withdrawal are worth keeping in mind. The casino accepts rand only, which may not suit players from other countries.
Offers change, so check the casino’s promotions page before you deposit.

Great service, i play here for about 5 years now, i like the slot games like Ancient Gods, Ghost Ship, Cai Hong I had a few good wins there. there a many bonus code's to find online and the bonus they offer are pretty nice in my opinion. Just keep yourself under control when you win :) Have a great time. My other experience is a bit dissapointing, when there is bonus code with a minimum deposit of R50 or R30 is really hard to claim these low numbers when you make a deposit with a CreditCard because they require a minimum deposit of R150, Hopefully they can change this in the future... because a few years back there were different deposit option where it was possible to deposit lower than 150.
The games that they have is not my choice and I know that it’s my problem not them. I think they are just doing well and if anyone familiars with games they offering you should try them as long as there is a chance to start for no deposit bonus from here in LCB
True fun and reliable casino, made deposits and withdrawels all with ease and trustly comfort, a smooth, simple and clear process
So far this casino is one of my favorite I made some 🤑 here with their free bonus I played slots and crash game here. I really love the jackpot games I won I little bit but never hit the jackpot will try my luck again awesome
It's a struggle with withdrawals always. They allow only withdraw with bitcoin once per week.
One's of clones-sisters online casinos sites, powered exclusively only by RealTimeGaming provider.Home country is South Africa, and casino is mainly domestic oriented.Players from South Africa haves some privileges,in promos and bonuses. Speaking of bonuses, offer is very good. More than 20 active in this moment. Welcoming no deposit bonus,in free chips. free spins for some popular games, bonus with extra % on crypto deposits,as well and skrill. All financials are in ZAR. This is South African currency. Live chat customer support isn't with instant replies, but no more than couple of minutes its needed for answer from operator. Only disadvantage is just one provider, regardless that's fact its a best provider in the world.
It is a great starter casino especially if you are from South Africa. Great casino
I think Thunderbolt is the sister casino to Springbok casino. You will find the same slot tournaments at both of these casinos. I used to play at this casino a long time ago. Now their bonus offer is available mainly to players coming from Africa
This RTG casino is South African which means you can play in rands. They have the usual great games and tournaments. They have recently improved their deposit bonuses by increasing the percentages and lowering the minimum deposit. Thunderbolt casino is trustworthy when it comes to withdrawals.
Thunderbolt casino, the cousin casino to Springbok casino but...so different from the legend of a casino. I like this slot. I have signed up with them a couple of years ago, but to date they have been consistend wit their games. A lot of new games jave surfaced, but it is new fresh and entertaining. The colors are vibrant and gives offf a feel good vibe when you play with them. The feel good vibe does count against you though, where you can see you are being ripped off, games not paying out but you keep playing. The fact that you can only withdraw a min of R250 is a pain, almost all the time so if you had any winnings...you are yet to kiss them good beuy before you reach R250
Best casino. Thunderbolt casino. Just need more FREESPINS. But still loving the games.
I used the Signup link but still no free money. Only one redeemable coupon after that a deposit ,that sucks
I've been playing at Thunderbolt Casino for quite awhile now and I really like it here. The customer service people are always so nice and helpful and the bonuses they offer are great too. They also state the important facts of the bonuses on their website, which is something that a lot of casinos don't do. I love this casino!
page is okay. games like ever. but thunderbolt is a stable casino. payout not tested
I like Thunderbolt. It is like Springbok. Lots of bonus codes. One of the generous casinos.
I am a depositing player to this casino and recently i deposited twice and managed to wager the bonus and win 520 zar !The documents i sent verified within 48 hours and the winnings 2 days later so i have a nice experience with this casino !The only thing i did not like is that after my winnings exluded my account from promos and i am not eligible anymore for any bonus (my deposit bonuses also dissapeared ) .I am saying all this because i tried to use the new promo code for players deposit in the last 30 days and the chat said i am not eligible for this bonus and any other bonus this period ! I dont like when this happens !For me Thunderbolt is average casino !
Well done on administrators here always invited, encouraged and given reason to return, thanks guys
Is a nice casino in my experience , every week they send a good free chip for a small deposit in the week , i like for the big jackpots in the slots and the deposit bonus is good i will try me luck and can win a day and publish a new experience ..
Been playing bonuses on new games released for few months now. Dont accept direct cash deposits. Its a pity. They do have awesome bonuses weekly for deposits made. But i do like this casino
its not the best bonus for new players in my opinion the software section in this casino is bad. high withdrawal and deposit limit. bonus wager to high and very hard to wager.
Awful casino. Give bonuses, and then declare that for your country the conclusion isn't present! I don't advise players even to start playing here. Read conditions more attentively.
One of MANY RTG casinos out there, balances are in rands so you can deposit only dollar and few cents as a minimal deposit what lets you beign active depositor for almost nothing and enjoy all the bonuses which are many of course! withdrawals are smooth-never had one problem here with any thing.
I played in this casino and won big. They give really great bonuses for new players. And you can deposit $8 and you balance will be 100 ZAR + 150% bonus and free spins, I think it is great because you can make more spins and place high bets and have more chances to win. I won twice from deposit bonus and also from the tournament. And I won big playing Super 6 game. I placed 0.30 and won 600. I didn't expect this. They withdraw my winnings without any problems.
in the past it was one of my best rtg casinos, but what I do not understand is that they do not let me play with bonuses or more promotions, they never gave me any satisfactory answer. so let me play there, in this casino I play like 2 years, win a few times but now I do not, I would like to play again but I will depend on them, I think they do not like to have old clients with this system of exclusion!
Very Good RTG Casino? Love the layout and color of the site! Great RTG slot games. One big 5 out of 5!
I've obseved that a lots of bad reviews about this casino are not accompanied by proper reasons. I think that Thunderbolt truly deserve a better evaluation. If I simply read the overall rating of 2/5 I could think this is a disreputable casino. That's quite untrue!
I played in this casino with great experience. The customer service thru chat and email are very accommodating and kind. I like their bonuses. The payout time is just fine, maybe they have improved it already compared to the previous posts. I highly recommend this casino, play fun and enjoy the bonuses almost everyday! By the way is there anyone here knows other casinos like these with just small deposit requirement? Just like here, u can deposit as low as 25zar ($2.04) message me Okie's? Thank you very much for reading my comment and Good luck!
i am from mexico, i today received a payment from the Casino.. i read only players of S. Africa can request.bonuses but in me case i can play without problems .. very generous casino and like play. here.. today received my payment. for neteller.. without problems!!! i am happy!!!
at this casino i like the games which is rtg casino !
Hi badoost, I just sent you a PM regarding the bonus you said you didn't get. Please reply to me with more info and your casino username so we can see about sorting this out for you.
did not get bonus as advertised
Thunderbolt Casino is the casino that sends the most bonus promotion emails to me every day..It is recommended casino for who have e-wallet with zar currency..For me I lost a lot of money on Neteller fees when I deposit or withdraw with Sud african currency. For games, It's a RTG casino that certainly contains excellent slots which you can play and win big like SUPER6.
Just like springbok. This casino is generous on bonuses. One of my favorite South African casinos to play at. Low Minimum deposit. Nice.
Only accounts from the following countries will be allowed to redeem a bonus: South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho and Mozambique.!!!
A relatively new casino (2014/15) Deposited here quite a few times. I've won from bonus twice. What I can share: very good promotions and bonuses if you are playing and depositing player. There is also a no deposit upon the signup. It offers the local currency rand. It is cheap, and actually requires a small amount in dollars to make a deposit. Unpleasant for me personally is the minimum requirement for towing (500 RAND) and high demands for wagering (60 x). However, it is possible . Also permanent spring daily, weekly and monthly tournaments. Some of which are freerolls. I appreciate this casino with high score because of the great bonuses and special treatment for active players.
I like this casino's bonuses but don't really like RTG Software myself. I prefer playing on Netent and Betsoft casino software. Thunderbolt support is fine, I guess. Have never won anything at this casino, therefore I might be on the fence when it comes to playing here. All in all, I think its an average casino.
If you want to be a good casino you must allow free bonus for your players to try it, unlike this casino.
good casino but sends too much e-mails.i am getting at least 4-5 e-mails a day from thunderbolt casino.i never deposit but i am planning
I'm upset, the bonus is so small to cash out. Besides very big wagering, almost impossible! But overall this casino room is nice, colorful :) fun free play :)
Live help is kind and provides correct information ,even if It is about free offers :)
Update.. So I went on a rant on how annoying it is to receive constant newsletters to your door. Well turns out it takes 2 minutes for live support to remove you from the newsletter list, so make sure to do that when signing up.
Casino offers decent promos.HOWEVER....I HUGELY regret signing up. because I get newsletters delivered to my house with information on the casino's weekly bonuses. Its very annoying and I have no idea how to unsubscribe. Just a warning for my fellow SA Residents, expect loads of mail delivered to your home. My account at Thunderbolt have been inactive for months and still the mail keeps piling up at my door. Sign up at own risk. They will deliver mail to your door until your dying day.
After playing with fome free codes that I found around the internet, I finally decided that its not so bad to play in south african rands, and wanted to make a deposit. I did not make my deposit here because when I contacted the Live chat to ask how can I withdraw if I win they said that I can do it only with Bank draft... no Skrill !! And I only use Skrill and Neteller! I would really enjoy playing here if they add some payment methods
I like RTG software very much. They have amazing slos! :) I registered at Thunderbolt about a month ago but unfotrunately players from Bulgaria are not eglible to get the free bonus. The thing that I don't like it here is that you must play in South african rands - ZAR not in USD and thet realy confuses me while playng because I'm not sure if I win big :D
I registered with this casino 2 years ago and would highly recommend this casino if you enjoy RTG slots. I have not played on my account for some time as i dont enjoy RTG slots as i used to and their mobile site did not run properly for some time. It wouldnt open the games and the spin button was not visible to actually spin the reels. They have recently updated their software as Springbok casino recently bought it. I enjoy their promotions and offers and get them on a weekly basis. I havent won anything from this casino but still feel they are one of the legit RTG casinos and can be trusted. They also offer ZAR currency but i feel their minimum withdraw is way too high. Not sure when i will play again, mobile site now working fine but would like different slots.
I no longer play here since springbok casino recently purchased the casino i advise any players to read the terns and conditions carefully and before depositing any real cash or even before playing any of the no deposit bonuses that the group offers very often to get the their account verified and to send through kyc docs and save all proof of verification approval as in the event of a withdrawal you will get the run around and delay tactics galore so best to get all the paperwork over work as soon as can to hopefully receive your payout in a decent time frame
Hah, I never played in SA casino. Recieved 100R, I thought it would be something about 50€. But 100 R is only 5€ :D Played on Caesers empire casino, lost everything in 5 minutes :)) Nothing special, do not like a design of website.. 3 stars only that they gave me a no-deposit bonus, but in our market there are more way better casinos :) GL
I think that this is really a new one which provides the service in ZAR. As I read the T&Cs, I am pretty sure that this casino is affiliated with Jackpot Capital, Grande Vegas, Golden Euro, SpringBok, etc. The T&C Structure and contents are almost the same with those of casinos above. I didn't compare it with SpringBok, but, maybe it would be the exactly the same except the casino names. I think that I will register in later. Good Luck, guys.
Another caisno from same group as springbok, you can only choose ZAR curreny which is bad, i didnt deposit but used no deposit bonus and lost fast, i dont think i will ever deposit here, just because of the curreny, nothing avaible just ZAR... But i heard good things about springbok and this casino that they do pay but this casinos are clearly nothing for me..
Impressed with the name thunderbolt and I am big fan of springbok casino. So when I read this news that thunderbolt is part of springbok now I immediately joined this casino and claimed their bonus but I couldn't win here anything and then I forgot this casino. But now I am going to make deposit after competing this message.
