6. So I claimed the No Deposit Bonus of 25 free spins. Spun and got about $40. So there I was thinking I have to wager around $800 so I can withdraw any of the bonus(20X as advertised). I managed to get lucky on slots and spun it up to a balance of $300ish and had already wagered more than $1,000, I’m certain of it. When I checked the progress it was only around 32% so I messaged support only to find out that only 25% of your wager on slots(this is the highest one. BJ was 0.625%) is accounted for in the wagering requirement. SO TECHNICALLY THE WAGERING REQUIREMENT IS 80X.

9. I requested a withdrawal to my ecoPayz account and sent them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account and then waited for 3 days, then my withdrawal request was reversed. My account is verified. A representative told me that it was because of an additional verification process; my account was randomly selected for the additional verification process. The representative told me to submit a withdrawal request again and wait up to 10 business days. It’s not mentioned anywhere on the website that the additional verification process will take up to 10 business days. This doesn’t make sense. My account is verified, and I sent them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account. There shouldn’t be any problems. This seems to be a tactic to delay processing withdrawal requests.

I even do not recommend this casino for my enemy:) If i should talk only about games so i love betsoft games and some of top games and it could be great casino to me, but everyone knows how dificult it is to waite winnings from them. No deposit bonsu is not cashable and they giving that bonus actually every week. But its jus tfor fun, yo ucant wager it and withdraw money. I really recomend to everyone to avoid Box24 and other sister casinos.

15. not a good casino. and its almost incredible that this is one of th ebtter topgame casinos. topgame is a joke! the cashout time is unacceptable long, their support was rather penetrant than helpful. they also keep sending me emails way too often with free chips although i could never cashout from them. bad casino practice for me and on my black list.

16. The games are fun once you get past their auto live chat that keeps popping up over and over. You think that if you finally answer the pop up will go away but no. Once you answer then you have to wait for a live person to come on line and give their list of promotions. They do offer a lot of free play and free spins as well as match plays but once you start to play it is hard to reach the play through amount. But all in all good graphics and a good variety of games.

Tried out the casinos no deposit bonus last year already and back then enjoyed the games but no longer appreciate or enjoy rival games anymore, another thing is as log into this casino be prepared for support to harass you with offers, one of the main things that put me off. 20. I got a 25 Euro bonus, I downloaded the software on my pc. It offers an solid layout, it is easy to navigate and they offer a the latest Topgame slots. I tend to like these. Unfortunately I had no luck with the slots, so I didn’t cash out and can’t review their withdrawal policy. Would I return ? I don’t think so.

21. Okay casino, there’s nothing about it that stands out that I can point to. I signed up a couple of years ago and played with a no deposit bonus. I’ve never made a deposit here and I think it might have to do with previous bad experiences with other top game casinos. In fact at one time I was playing mainly at top game casinos and then I started having one bad experience after another at the various casinos to where I stopped playing altogether at top game casinos.

24. great casino with good owners, however before they switched to top game, the affiilate group closed my affiliate account and my history of players. i did receive one payment when they were rival still, but nothing since, it’s been years. i think though that they now have it together, and i would recommend this to anyone tha enjoys top game software

25. Altough I am not the biggest fan of Top Game, I do like Box24 casino. The game selection is good, the support average. Played there only with a free chip and didn’t win anything, but I had no technical problems or anything. Might deposit there sometime.

26. Another sad attempt at a Top Game casino. Customer service is ok but the promos are terrible hard as heck to make any kind of playthrough and in my opinion the games are cheesy at best . Top Game owners need to change software …lol The graphics to me are sooo outdated esp compared to a microgaming or playtech casino . The offer these outrageous match bonus amounts thinking it will entice ppl…noobs maybe . So beware just because they want to give you a 400% match doesn’t mean it makes it easier to win , its just the opposite.

34. I remember when Box24 first opened their virtual doors with the Rival software which was fine. I made 3-4 deposits with them and with Rival slots just being a massive suckfest needless to say my bankrolls disappeared super fast. Then for some unknown reason to me they changed their providers to Top Game which was a shame for them anyway. Now I pretty much avoid all TopGame powered casinos simply because they don’t value their customers and treat them like crap. 1.5/5

37. I played here some years ago with the 24 euros no deposit bonus. I met all the wagering requirements in 3-4 days of playing, and i was able to withdraw 50 euros, i think it was the max cashout. It took some time, for a moneybookers withdrawal i waited 30-40 days, but the most important is that i received the money 🙂 Now i see they dont accept anymore players from Romania, like any other Top Game casino. Its sad because i like their games but this is Top Game, nothing to do. Anyway, was a nice experience for me

The first thing I have to say is that I really dislike that upon first going to the site you get a nice big red button in your face telling you to download the site’s software, it’s really out of place and kind of intrusive. That being said, Box 24 does offer some really nice promotions in regards to depositing bonuses. The site offers the basic table games, video slots, and classic slots and offers a nice variety of each that has kept me coming back alongside the promotions that have kept me depositing. A nice added touch to Box 24 though is that they offer a VIP status the more you play so it’s nice to gain additional benefits like play bonuses. Going back to downloading the software, the actual client itself is pretty solid and has yet to crash or give me trouble like some other sites I have downloaded from so all in all Box 24 is a great site.

I have personally been playing with them since March of 2010. They have about 80 casino style games. There is plenty to choose from if you love Slots, which I do! 43. I played at Box 24 Casino when it was Rival. I would deposit here regularly and really nowhere else for a while. My opinion is that when it was Rival based they were more bonus friendly and cared for their players. I couldn’t wait to log in and see what kind of bonus I could claim before making my deposit. I would go to live chat after a bad gaming session and they were more than happy to credit my account with a free chip offer. This made me feel appreciated and respected as a player. It was around my birthday one year when I broke ties with the casino. I was down on my luck for a bit and slacked off from making my regular deposits. I logged into live chat to ask about my birthday chip and they told me sorry we can’t help you because you haven’t made a deposit recently. This took me by surprise due to me being a regular depositor and a loyal player defending them to no end on many forums and letting other players know this was the best Rival casino out there. I was upset and accepted their reply, but was determined to get a more detailed explanation. I proceeded to email the manager and ask why I was being treated like a non-depositing player on my special day. I didn’t receive a reply and when I tried logging into my account it was disabled. I still don’t know what happened or what went wrong but in my opinion this was very unprofessional and unacceptable to treat a player with no respect and not to give an explanation of something that was either done wrong or not done at all. There is a download only option in here, and that means only PCs are supported, which is a pity. There is a high $50 No Deposit Bonus offer, and with a relatively decent WR (only 40xb), but I didn’t manage to make it through. 49. I have played Box 24 when they were under the Rival platform, and I have to say that Top Game is much better, based on my experience. I see a ton of negative feedback on Top Game, but honestly, I love Top Game/Parlay. Part of the problem is some of the operators are non-pay/slow pay when it comes to withdrawals. I found Box 24 (Top Game platform) to have a much better payout percentage than when they were with Rival. I deposited $90, got the 200% bonus, and had my account up to $1800, which isn’t too bad considering I started with a bankroll of $260. I like Dougie’s Delights ($5 per line/$45/spin). I hit pretty good on it. I also like the newer games, too. The free spins don’t happen as often as I’d like to see, but when they do hit, they payout a good amount of money. I give Box 24 (TG format) a 5 star rating.
