I had to change my rating from awesome, to terrible. I have had the absolute WORST customer support from any gaming site, I’ve ever used, I have the screenshots to show how disrespectful and rude the staff is at DaVinci”s Gold. Not only did they tell me to “stop being annoying”, I had 4 different rep agents tell me different things regarding a payout. I was already verified, and it has been past the window of my payout.. & I still have been getting the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having a rep tell me “we will hopefully pay you out, this isnt a scam” deters me from ever playing there again.

DaVinci’s Gold is great! Lots of good promotions and freebies for depositors and withdrawals have never taken more then 3 days for me. I definitely recommend playing here. Customer service chats can be lengthy at times but I think it’s due to being short staffed, but they are always helpful.
I finally was able to cash out here. Withdrew a little shy of $200 but this was my 3rd deposit of between $25 n $30. I am a big fan of this and it’s sister casinos.
