Just want to describe what happen to me in this casino…
I was playing in the Tusk casiono for over 3 years. Never win nothing major. Finaly yesterday I won something around 6k $ and when I tried to withdraw they told me that I cannot do it because winnings come from my Saturday cashback and they only sent me 1K to my account and the rest was substracted. Ok, so I ended up depositing this 1k back and I won 5K and wanted withdraw the money. When I clicked withdraw I was supprise that I couldn’t withdraw nothing at all and they told me that I reach the daily limit of withdrawal…I did not witdraw that day at all and I should be able to do it. So intentionally I end up lossing my winnings and I lost it all. Stay away from this casino If you winn more then 1k you will have problem to withdraw your money. I did the screenshots, chats with support and videos of my balace and my winnings and support responses and I am about to report them. Also lcb please change the info about this casion becouse for bronze max withdraw daily is 1k and weekly is 4k. So If you winn more the 1k you will need to wait 24 h to withdraw your money. I would recommend to every one to stay away from this casion as this is simply scam and they do everything to not let you winn and if you do you will not be able to withdraw your money or else in situation you win 20k it will take 1month to withdraw and probabably you will end up loosing all. Tusk Casino seems like a great casino with many provider to cater for South African players. I signed up a while ago and claim my no deposit bonus but busted my balance shortly there after.
Many weeks later i decided to try my luck and make my first deposit. With some luck I managed to make a decent withdrawal x12 my deposit, and I deposited 20 euro. I wanted to play but wanted to try the withdrawal process first.
I uploaded docs first, as you cannot submit a withdrawal until your account is verified. After I uploaded my docs it took roughly 40 hours to verify my account, since there was a document missing, so I had to re-upload.
Withdrawal took just under 24 hours to be approved for the first one via bank transfer and money received 24 hours later after withdrawal. My 2nd withdrawal took 6 hours to be approved. So I guess to approve is anytime from 1 – 24 hours and the rest is depending on method used.

Well obviously mix reviews here but I can tell my experience..
I have been depositing and withdrawing at Tuskcasino last 6 months (I am bit high roller I could say) I have not faced any issue but great service specifically VIP agents..
I initially argued about the withdrawal limits when it was 2K C$ weekly but it was entry level then they have improved that for entry level and it become 3k C$
Then I have moved to better levels and now I have 11000k C$ a week which is more than enough for me at the moment.
Also when you are with account managers then you have great extra bonuses and gestures.. so I am a happy man here !:)
I would say I am feeling safe and secure here.. so deposit and test it yourself,

Customer service was very quick to respond while my account was open, but after I asked them to please close my account and refund my balance, they have gone completely silent.
