So far I haven’t had luck with this one. I do love rtg casinos. If I do make enough to withdraw, lcb will be the first place I post about it. Playthrough is a bit high. But not crazy high. I place this one in my so far so good category.
It’s ok. I did cashout a free chip once but kyc took forever and payout took even longer.
This is a safe casino to play at. I have cashed out multiple times over the last few years. Their customer support is generally very fast and always friendly. They have a daily free spins feature that increases from 5 free spins on day 1 to 40 free spins on day 7 and every day thereafter. This continues as long as you have had a deposit within the last 3 days. Also, the free spins aren’t at game minimum bet. I have cashed out on these free spins many times. They also offer cashback chips from customer service chats, even when depositing on a bonus.
There are two negatives with this casino, however. First, they have very low withdrawal limits at $500/day, $2000/week. One of the lowest I’ve ever seen. Also, their payouts are slow…it takes 7 days. But it has always been very consistent.
Banking/accounting emails are usually answered the day after sending. Rarely will they reply the same day. But overall the customer service is very good, in my opinion. If they ever started offering instant payouts, they would easily be one of my top RTG casinos to play at.

Great casino but the verification process takes a while for your 1st cashout
I am actually surprised this casino has a decent rating. After making several deposits, I finally won and tried to make my first withdrawal. The verification process is a total joke and customer service is awful. After one month of going back and fourth and them saying they never received my documents, I burned my winnings back. Stupid me. But I did learn a lesson… don’t waste your time at this place.

This is just a really bad casino group. Numerous deposits lost. Finally won $350 and cashed out. The cashout process for documents has taken many weeks. The withdraw process after documents is slow too. Been a couple days waiting. Wager is high. You cant cashout bonus money after wager, they take it back. Just an overall terrible experience and terrible group. If Im not paid in a couple more days Ill be filing a complaint of non pay.
