They have this weird reverse a withdrawal coupon that you can use. The coupon does not state what type of withdrawal is allowed and is not allowed. I’m not sure how you are going to help. I have been playing here for months. I was told multiple times that you can reverse withdrawals and use the available coupon. I claimed my weekly 10% cash back and lost all of it down to a few cents and when I deposited afterwards I won a thousand dollars when I was looking to withdraw it said my max cash out was 83$ I get on support and my vip host says give him 24 hours and I may still play with my balance if I would like too so I continue too and now I’ve won 8 grand during playing I get an email saying that they won’t honor it because my previous promo wasn’t zeroed out because there was less than .20 cents remaining so my deposit after is now merged with the other promo keep in mind that even the play threw had been finished before I deposited. So now I can still withdraw my 83$ but the other 8 grand is a wash over a few cents left on my account before making a deposit. For somewhere that is vocal about how good vips are treated. Ducky Luck Casino is not the casino that I recommend for everyone. It seems like an operation that has just purchased a cookie-cutter style and it’s very basic in my opinion. Luckyduck Casino is a great casino to check out if you want to get more familiar with Rival and Saucify gaming. The verification process was surprisingly quick and easy and took just under 24 hours.
