I have conflicting views about Casumo! The site looks beautiful, has a great range of games (with no lag that I’ve experienced) and I love the gamification concept. It is a great casino, funny looking and they have a great amount of games from various providers. I love their WMS games and of course NetEnt is still on top in my list. I am a regular player at Casumo and I am still satiffied with them. Withdrawal time frame is not bad but it could be faster though. I find within 2 hours processing time long enough and their withdrawal time frame is between 4 and 12 hours. that’s a little bit too long. Also they have regularly tournaments which is very nice but you need to have a fast computer to run it smoothly otherwise the game lagged and very unpleasant to play. This happened to me once with my old computer, because of the lagging I was irritated and kicked my computer till it’s dead. So be warned, don’t play when your pc is old.

I have already posted a review here but feel i need to add an update to let players know what i went through at this casino. In the beginning i thought they were the best and had the best support…well after leveling up to over 80 (level 84). I got less and less from this casino. They used to keep my withdrawals in pending mode for some time. i had to speak to them on chat to get it processed as in the beginning they were quick to process in less than an hour with all my withdrawals. Then i got less and less in free spins and offerings. Plenty of deposit offers but minimal in free goodies. Then i even got to level 95 in the Gemix slot and this would just not give me anything worth while considering i was on such a level. I just think the game is programmed to trick you into believing you will get something and you actually dont. Casumo I rate 8/10 Probably high for their reward programme, with the fact everybody is treated the same, fair system. I am climbing the belt ladder system currently on purple and 1 away from highest rank, have not had any instances to date of unfair treatment or indeed disagreements. Chat hosts can sometimes appear a wee tad slow, but again had no issues with any decisions they’ve made. I have been fortunate enough to cash out on several occasions, not megabucks but under £2000, again not a single blip at any point of the withdrawal process.
